The Best MARVEL Shows on TV - Streaming

Marvel Studios exploded onto the big screen with Spiderman, and since then has set the new standard for comic book films.  So what are the better series streaming and/or on teleivision?

Not ever having been a comic book affectionado, my interest in the comic book world never took root until they put them on the big and small screens. Here are the ones I think are the best to date, in no certain order.

You can watch them online at Netflix, or the free site (that is seasons ahead) Primewire or FMovies. For the latter two be sure to install ad and popup blocker.

The Agents of S.H.I.E.l.D. There has been no lack of imagination in this series, which follows the exploits of Agent Coulson. Together with the immediate team he created with Skye (AKA Daisy Johnson, AKA Quake), MAC, and later the Colombian YoYo, they have had their share of time travel, inter spy intrigue and lots of action.

Agent Carter. She was there at the beginning when the first super hero -- Captin America -- was created, and the organization -- that would become S.H.I.E.L.D -- was formed (with Iron Man's father Howard Stark.) She is a strong capable woman, a spy, an agent, who is looked over by the bureau time and time again, but still manages to get the job done.

Daredevil. Blinded as a kid, he is a lawyer by day, who uses his super-heightened senses as a super hero vigilante at night to protect his neighborood on the west side of Manhattan, known as Hell's Kitchen. His mentor, Stick, his blind mentor, who took him in and trained Darevil as a kid, calles him the best natural fighter he is ever known.

Jessica Jones. She never wanted to be a super hero, and continues to shrug off the titile, she is a private investigator by day who drinks too much. It is a slow building story in season one, but engaging, and ultimately caught my interest.

Luke Cage. A black man hiding from his past, he is strong, righeous, and bullet proof. He uses  his ability to clean up and protect his neighborhood in the Harlem section of Manhattan.

Iron Fist. With a lot of martial arts, the Iron Fist, played by Finn Jones, follows a young man with extreme fighting ability, and a super-natural fist -- that when energized -- is all powerful. He and his circle are in constant battle with a wide-wide organization known as The Hand.

The Punisher. Ex-military, very angry, and very dangerous, he sets out to punish those who killed his familiy, evolving into an unexpected vigilante super hero protecting those who can't protect themselves.

Inhumans had a short, limited one season run. Mostly panned by critics, if you like MARVEL characters it is still a fun show to watch.

The Defenders. The Iron Fist and Daredevil dont even like each other, but together with Jessical Jones and Luke Cage, find themselves having to work together.

Which is your favoritte?
